Cancellation Policy
I’m sure you can appreciate that late cancellations and no-show’s affect my income and my ability to survive as a small business.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to avoid up to 100% of the treatment cost being incurred by you, as this gives me at least some chance of filling your appointment.
If you fail to show up for your appointment 100% of the scheduled treatment cost will be incurred by you, as it will be impossible for me to fill your appointment.

Cancellations by me
If I need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, etc, I will attempt to give you as much advance notice as possible. You will be offered a refund if you have paid in advance, or if you prefer we can reschedule your appointment. I will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by me.
Running Late and Late Arrivals
If you are going to be late for an appointment, please contact me with an update as soon as possible. If I’m unable to answer the phone, please leave a voice message or send a text message and I will respond as soon as I can. Please remember that I will not be able to respond if I’m treating another client.
Whilst I do understand situations can occur which are out of our control, and that sometimes you may be late for your appointment, I will always be as understanding and as accommodating where possible.
Please be aware that to ensure other clients are seen on time:
If you arrive late, your appointment will very likely end at the originally scheduled time. This is to protect and honour the appointments of clients who were scheduled to follow yours.
Depending upon how late you arrive will determine whether or not if there is enough time remaining to start your session or treatment.
Non-attendance:
If you do not attend your appointment, and the required notice of cancellation has not been given, you will lose your deposit and not receive a refund.
