Karl Jeffery – Meditation Teacher
Hi, I’m Karl Jeffery, a meditation teacher who helps people to live happier, healthier, more enjoyable lives, with more reasons to smile, simply by helping them to learn how to meditate, and experience the life enriching benefits of meditation for themselves. I started teaching meditation in 2015, however, I started meditating many years earlier. The meditations I teach are a universal mixture, drawn from many of the world’s spiritual traditions, plus some of my own, ranging from mindfulness, to Buddhist and Zen, right through to self-transcendence meditations.
If you can breathe, you can meditate, I will show you how
I use a proven framework for teaching meditation that has an excellent track record of success. I’ve had the honour of helping hundreds of students learn how to meditate and establish their own meditation practices all over the world. I teach online, as well as face to face. I will provide all the support and guidance you need, along with any relevant written, audio, or video materials and content, to accelerate the learning process of how to meditate. I can also work directly with you one to one if you prefer.
I will show you how to meditate, even if your head is filled with thoughts. I will help you to establish your own regular meditation practice, so that you can experience the benefits of meditation for yourself. If you follow the simple steps I share with you, you will get results. If you can breathe, you can meditate. I will show you how.
Committed to helping you to succeed
I will show you how to meditate, even if your head is filled with thoughts. If you follow the simple steps I share with you, you will get results. I can help you to establish your own regular meditation practice, and give you friendly, helpful guidance and support along the way, so that you can experience the magic of meditation for yourself.
When a person is taught correctly and given the correct guidance, meditation becomes a powerful tool for positive self-transformation and growth. Meditation is a simple, but powerful practice for holistic wellbeing. It enriches our lives in numerous ways, and it creates an inner-resource for us to tap into anytime we need it. We get far more out of meditation than the short amount of time it takes us to sit and do it each day.

Mindfulness in clinical practice
One of the meditations I teach, Mindfulness Meditation, has become very popular in the health industry because it’s so effective. In addition to Mindfulness being a traditional meditation practice, it is now widely used in the NHS, and around the world, as a form of therapy. You can read more about the benefits of this meditation in the The Benefits of Meditation, under the tab: Meditation is good for our mental wellbeing
About Karl Jeffery
Karl Jeffery has been meditating since he was 11 years old. He was trained to be a meditation teacher in 2015 by Jim Malloy, who was himself trained by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (the founder of Transcendental Meditation), plus a few other notable spiritual teachers, including Swami Muktananda, Zen Master Shunryu Suzuki, Mata Amritanandamayi Devi – aka Amma, Kalu Rinpoche, and the 16th Karmapa.
After receiving training in mindfulness, vipassana, transcendental meditation, and a variety of other meditation techniques (and finally being taught how to teach meditation), Jim encouraged Karl to develop his own teaching style and to share it with the world. Karl ventured off to explore, learn, and experience other ancient practices and spiritual traditions, from Zen, Buddhist, right through to some of the more present day teachings, before evolving to share and teach what he refers to as Pure Meditations (or Core Meditations); a universal mixture drawn from many of the world’s spiritual traditions, plus some of his own, ranging from mindfulness, to Buddhist and Zen, right through to self-transcendence meditations.
